Jill is the owner of Jill Allen & Associates a full service orthodontic practice management consulting firm with a special focus on new practice start-ups and doctors who have been in business 8 years or less. Jill has 26 years in the orthodontic field and has worked in every area of an orthodontic practice. She believes that a practical approach to practice management and clinical training produces great team members, increased case acceptance, increased production and ultimately, a successful practice.
