Sesame Communications Announces Promotion of Tim Williams to Chief Operating Officer

SEATTLE, WA — June 17, 2014 —Sesame Communications, the leading provider of cloud-based solutions to help dental care providers accelerate new patient acquisition and build patient loyalty, today announced the appointment of Tim Williams to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role Tim will lead Sesame’s overall product strategy and oversee all service delivery and support functions for the company.

Tim joined Sesame Communications in 2011, bringing a great passion for helping businesses succeed. As a former business owner, he understands the challenges dental and orthodontic practices face in today’s marketplace. Tim’s background in Local Search and Marketing makes him ideally suited to help craft and deliver the next generation of online solutions for the dental industry. Tim holds a BA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Stanford University and an MS in Applied Information Management from University of Oregon. He remains on faculty at Oregon teaching graduate courses focusing on online marketing and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Sesame, he held leadership positions with companies providing leading online solutions in the insurance, education, and local search spaces.
