Sesame services are only available to dental or dental specialty practices (e.g. orthodontic, periodontic, pedodontic, etc).
Only Sesame members are eligible to receive referral rewards.
Referral rewards are paid when a referred doctor purchases Sesame services.
Referred practices must not be current Sesame members in order for the referring practice to earn rewards (i.e. a member cannot refer another member through this program).
Sesame referral rewards may change at any time without Member notification.
