Territory Manager

The successful candidate in this hunting role drives new member acquisition in an assigned territory—positioning and selling Sesame’s suite of services and products to dentists and orthodontists.  They also understand the breadth of Sesame’s offerings and are able to acquire new business through a consultative solution based selling process.  Our Territory Managers regularly out perform their OTE by an additional 60%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities at minimum include the following.

  • Positioning the Sesame value proposition and full solution suite
  • Closing sales of new Members in a given territory
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota
  • Sharing best practices with a consultative selling approach
  • Operating with organizational savvy in a multi-function team environment
  • Manage your pipeline of opportunities daily, weekly and monthly
  • Document all activities in corporate CRM system

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Proven track record of sales performance; preferably in a Saas environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with relational selling
  • Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn and Google as selling and business management tools
