Diana leads all strategic and business operations at Sesame. She brings an 18-year success track record in marketing innovative technologies and fortifying brand positioning for dental companies in the professionals and consumer markets. Prior to joining Sesame, Diana was Vice President of Novalar Pharmaceuticals, launching the first in-class drug OraVerse^™. She also served as North America Director of Professional Marketing, Education and Professional Relations for Philips Sonicare and as a senior consultant to leading companies in the dental space. Diana holds an MBA in Management and Marketing as well as an MA in Sociology from Arizona State University.

Jon joined Sesame in March of 2008 and manages the financial, legal and human resource activities of Sesame. Jon has a 20-year track record in executive leadership for companies making the transition from early stage businesses to market-leading enterprises. Prior to joining Sesame, Jon was CFO of Saflink, leading the company through a period of explosive growth in both market value and industry presence. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, and has held senior finance and operating positions with Captaris and a number of early to mid-size technology companies backed by leading venture firms.

Mike is a 16-year veteran of the high-tech industry and has deep experience leading emerging growth and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses like Sesame Communications. Most recently, Mike served as CTO of HouseValues (now known as Market Leader) and was a key part of the leadership team that grew the company from less than $1M in annual revenue to nearly $100M in annual revenue within 5 years. Mike led the strategy and development of systems and products at HouseValues that made it the leading technology and marketing partner to the real estate industry. Prior to HouseValues, Mike held leadership and technology roles at Microsoft Corporation and SolutionsIQ.

Bill Lawler has over 20 years of experience building and leading organizations for highly successful companies including Dell Computer and Apple Computer. Other experiences include VP and GM for Meritage Technologies, a software development company specializing in enterprise portals, content management, e-commerce and custom web applications for U.S. and European-based Fortune 2000 companies; Western Area Sales Director for Falcon Microsystems, Apple’s largest global value-added reseller into commercial aerospace customers and government accounts; and management positions at Wang Laboratories and Burroughs Corporation. Bill holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, and a MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rachel combines her zeal for technology with a commitment to helping every practice be successful with online solutions. She has been an important part of Sesame’s success since 2005 and through the years has established herself as a sought-after speaker. Prior to joining Sesame, Rachel was a consultant to orthodontic practices across the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
